This is a really cool map. It would be interesting to see it as a histogram to see the distribution. I noticed that all the Republicans have at most 2 bills enacted, which seems low, but when I look at the map, it seems many councilors had only 1-2 bills enacted.

Nice work! Not a big deal, but looks like the map in the graphic is the district lines prior to the most recent redistricting.
