If someone were to see what attributes correlate with legislative productivity, I’d hope they look at many attributes other than educational background. I work somewhere where a lot of people went to good schools, but this doesn’t correlate with who is most effective. Anecdotally it feels like it’s usually more of a personality / mindset thing
